Based on the information you provided, we found the following studies.

  • Pharmacokinetics of Oral Alisertib (MLN8237) in Adult Patients with Advanced Solid Tumors or Relapsed/Refractory Lymphoma With Varying Degrees of Hepatic Function The study purpose is to find out if liver health affects the body’s drug levels of experimental drug alisertib when taken by patients with cancer, and see if subjects with abnormal liver function have different side effects compared to subjects with normal liver function who take alisertib. This study is researching all of the following topics: Bladder cancer Breast cancer Cervical cancer Colon Cancer ( Malignant tumor of colon ) Colorectal / Colon / Rectal cancer Esophagus cancer HCC, Liver cancer Hodgkin's lymphoma Kidney Cancer ( Malignant tumor of kidney ) Laryngeal cancer, Cancer of the larynx, Voice box cancer Lung cancer Lymphoma Melanoma Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma Oral / Mouth cancer Ovarian cancer Pancreatic cancer Prostate cancer Sarcoma This study is looking for: male female both men and women Volunteers with specific conditions
    • More than 18 years old
  • A Phase 1 Trial of SGN-CD70A in Patients with CD70-Positive Malignancies Investigational drug SGN-CD70A is being studied to evaluate the side effects of SCN-CD70A and what dose is safe. This study will evaluate how SGN-CD70A works against renal cell carcinoma (RCC) (kidney cancer) or non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma (NHL).This is the first time SGN-CD70A will be given to people. This study is researching all of the following topics: Kidney Cancer ( Malignant tumor of kidney ) Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma This study is looking for: male female both men and women Volunteers with specific conditions
    • More than 18 years old
  • A multicenter study of apheresis collection of peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) in patients with CD19 expressing malignancies who could be eligible for a CTL019 clinical research trial. This clinical research study will collect T cells, a type of white blood cell, through a procedure called leukapheresis. These cells will be used to evaluate cell collection and processing procedures, and learn how these cells could potentially be used in the future to treat a variety of cancers. This study is researching all of the following topics: ALL ( Acute lymphoblastic leukemia ) CLL ( Chronic lymphocytic leukemia) Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma This study is looking for: male female both men and women Volunteers with specific conditions
    • More than 2 years old
  • Phase 1/2 Study of Carfilzomib for the Prevention of Relapse and Graft-versus-host Disease in Allogeneic Hematopoietic Cell Transplantation for High-risk Hematologic Malignancies Investigational drug carfilzomib will be added to a standard chemotherapy conditioning regimen for donor blood stem cell transplant to test if this new conditioning regimen can lead to safe and more effective stem cell transplant treatment approach for patients with quickly worsening blood cancers. This study is researching all of the following topics: ALL ( Acute lymphoblastic leukemia ) AML ( Acute myeloid leukemia ) Amyloidosis CLL ( Chronic lymphocytic leukemia) Leukemia Lymphoma MDS ( Myelodysplastic syndrome ) Multiple myeloma Myelofibrosis Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma This study is looking for: male female both men and women Volunteers with specific conditions

  • Low-dose Tamoxifen for Radiation-Induced Breast Cancer Risk Reduction : A Phase IIB Randomized Placebo-Controlled Trial The purpose of this study is to determine whether two years of low dose tamoxifen has a beneficial effect on laboratory tests and other evaluations associated with breast cancer in female cancer survivors treated with chest radiation at a young age. This study is researching all of the following topics: Hodgkin's lymphoma Lymphoma Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma Sarcoma This study is looking for: female only women Volunteers with specific conditions
