  • Ipilimumab induction in patients with melanoma brain metastases receiving stereotactic radiosurgery Study purpose: find out if starting immune therapy for melanoma prior to radiation therapy for brain metastases is as beneficial as or better than waiting until after radiation therapy is completed; find out if cancer in the brain can be controlled in more patients if immune therapy started sooner.
