How to Delete/Remove Your Account

You may remove your account from UMClinicalStudies at any time. Under My Account, select Edit Profile and then click on Remove this Account. Simply check "Yes, I would like to remove this account from UMClinicalStudies" and select 'Remove'. Your account will be removed. You may reinstate your account by contacting UMClinicalStudies
